Try a different 'output' directory during backup (such as D:\MyBackups).
You'll also need to make sure the NTFS permissions for the directory specified allow you to read, write and modify data inside of it.

You can configure GameSave Manager to skip records via the /ignore commandline.

GameSave Manager manipulates the 'Compatibility' settings of gs_mngr_3.exe.
You can either right-click this executable and select Properties -> Compatibility and untick the 'Run as administrator' option or untick this option within GameSave Manager's Program Settings.

What version of GameSave Manager are you running? A somewhat recent 'client' (program) update implemented 'wildcard' support for directory paths, which this ruleset is using. Thx for reply, this is the path, it worked ok before this last update, could be my end, but have tried every thing. C:\Users\Chris\Saved Games\metro exodus i did check it myself even by making a custom entry, but that did not work, so i cant even add manually. So you're saying they're not in a subf...

The record has been configured to look in Saved Games -> Metro Exodus -> Random Folder (profile hash?). Is this not the correct directory path?
