Is it possible to approve user/crowd submissions?
I submitted some games some time ago and these are still not inside the db.

I mean is it possible to approve other submissions to say they are correct?
Would this improve the speed of implementation?

Typically, I try to release a update once a week if enough (20 or so) records are added / updated.
If not, I let them build up a little.

Admittedly, I got a little behind with them this time (by around a month).
Rest assured, a database update was made moments ago.
