GameSave Manager

The initial scan that happens on the initial load of the GameSave Manager is locking up when it reaches Microsoft Flight simulator 2020 on the Usercfg.opt file then the system reports the application as not responding.
Is there anyway to manually omit or remove Microsoft flight simulator from being scanned?
