I've had to take an educated guess as to what <path-to-game> actually is (I've opted to use ..\steamapps\common\Knights of the Temple - Infernal Crusade\...).

Ah sorry about that ! Yes indeed:

\steamapps\common\Knights of the Temple - Infernal Crusade\

Name of user is also the name you give ingame, so anything inside the \Save\ folder should be saved.
