Re: Metro Exodus

Very strange.
Regardless, you can download v3.1.494.0 right here. Simply override existing files with the contents of the zip archive you download, then launch like usual.

Re: Metro Exodus

What version of GameSave Manager are you running? A somewhat recent 'client' (program) update implemented 'wildcard' support for directory paths, which this ruleset is using. At the time of posting this message, v3.1.494.0 is the latest version. Using this version, GameSave Manager detects my dummy ...

Re: Metro Exodus

Thx for reply, this is the path, it worked ok before this last update, could be my end, but have tried every thing. C:\Users\Chris\Saved Games\metro exodus i did check it myself even by making a custom entry, but that did not work, so i cant even add manually. So you're saying they're not in a subf...

Re: Senran Kagura Peach Ball

Ah, sorry I misunderstood.
For that path, you can use the 'Steam' SpecialPath and append the 'steamapps\common\...' path. I'll make a note of this right now so it'll be implemented in the next Database Update.

Re: Metro Exodus

The record has been configured to look in Saved Games -> Metro Exodus -> Random Folder (profile hash?). Is this not the correct directory path?

Re: I want to save the profile created from the game for windows live

You can modify the existing record via Custom GameSave Entries. Simply create an entry with the 'Games for Windows LIVE (GFW-L) Profile' name and it'll be populated with the 'official' entry. From there, you can append a 'Registry' ruleset to backup the registry data you require.

Re: the binding of isaac afterbirth

Sounds like the game might have had an update which changed it's save location. There's no changes on our end that I can think of that would cause different behaviour.

Re: Malware Detected (edit: assumed false positive)

There's no signs of intrusion, so I doubt it's a third party redirecting you to a malicious download. A couple people reported on Discord this issue too, so I'll paraphrase my response: Anti-Virus solutions these days are extremely suspicious of executables (and sometimes dynamic libraries) they've ...

Re: How to restore just some files within the archive backup

You can try manually extracting your data.
Simply open your .gsba file in your favourite archiving tool (7zip, WinRAR, WinZip, etc).

Re: Backing up multiple Windows users

I'm afraid that there is no support for multiple accounts per "session". The only thing I can remotely think of that may help would be the Modify Variables option, but even that would require reconfiguring between accounts (not to mention no registry data would be detected under 'HKEY_CURR...
