I didn't know why nobody added it in back then.

I fixed it via System Restore.

Suffice to say, it was a problem with my OS and not the program.

So after the 23 February 2019 database update, the program hasn't been able to work now, I'm not sure if this is a problem with my PC or the program itself. 1.
