Where are the rules for a custom entry stored, and how do I back them up?

To get ready for a Windows re-install, I just created a custom entry with rules to backup the settings for TrackIR v5 software and JoyToKey software. So how do I backup those custom entries? I don't mean how do I run & restore the entry. I'm wondering about the rules for the custom entry itself?...

I figured out the problem. My day-to-day user account is "Jeff", and then I have a separate account "Admin" that has administrative privileges. So when running GameSave Manager it was running as "Admin" and looking in "C:\users\admin\Saved Games", which of cou...
