While you can't configure GameSave Manager to delete your saves after a backup, you can delete saves via GameSave Manager as a separate task.
From the Main Menu, select the 'Make a backup' option. Tick everything you wish to remove and click the 'Remove selected saves' button (the red cross).

Re: GSM only detects steam
GameSave Manager doesn't detect the game, but rather the save data.
Have you got save data on your system for GameSave Manager to detect?

Re: Is there any way to undo sync & link?
To confirm, you are selecting the directory you moved your saves to. Correct?
For example, if you moved your saves to '\\storageserv\GameSave Manager; Sync & Link' you'd be selecting this path and not their original locations or the nested folder containing the moved data.

Re: recovering Save Games from another drive
You can customise the paths that GameSave Manager searches via the ' Modify Variables ' option of the Main Menu. For most games, this will work just fine. The issue has been addressed in the 4x Alpha branch, however this branch is far from feature complete. Joining our Discord Server (and asking for Guinea Pig status) will provide you with the ability to test the more recent builds yourself.

Re: Backup crashing after a few games
This likely is caused by a Database Update which implemented support for a game which you have many save files for (or have save files in the high hundreds of megabytes in size). Beyond configuring GameSave Manager to 'ignore' these entries, there's not much you can do I'm afraid. It's a limitation ...

Re: Multiple Saves of One Game
If your game supports multiple save slots or save files, GameSave Manager attempts to detect--and backup--them all. For example, your Skyrims and Witchers have manual saves. This causes many players to have hundreds of save files, which GameSave Manager will detect and backup. However, if you're man...

Re: Desperados III
You--or someone else--will need to provide the save location for the game to be supported as I do not own this title myself.
