I'm not familiar with this 'Drive File Stream'.
If it's accessible like any other directory, you should already be able to specify it as your "destination" when generating a Sync & Link task.

Interesting.
Perhaps one of the file(s) aren't getting backed up correctly? Have you tried moving your backup to another directory to force a "clean" backup to be performed?
