GameSave Manager

Hi,
I notice when I run Bitdefender Security to check for malware/viruses that there are files that are not scanned because they are password protected. I had a look today to see what the files were and they are all related to GameSave Manager. Can anyone tell me what these files are and why they are protected.

Off the top of my head, I don't recall any archives made with the 3x branch being "password protected".
Older releases (1x and 2x) did, but was dropped in 3x to allow users to manually restore their data.
