How to backup saves and settings of non admin user account on windows 10?

I made and windows 10 user account for gaming separate from admin account. But when I'm starting the backup it saves everything from admin's user directory.

You're likely running GameSave Manager under full administrative compatibility mode.
To disable this, right-click the GameSave Manager shortcut (or gs_mngr_3.exe directly) and select Properties. Click the Compatibility tab from the dialog shown and make sure 'Run this program as administrator' is unticked before clicking OK.
When you start GameSave Manager, you'll likely be warned about not running under full administrative rights. You should decline the offer to restart with administrative rights.
