Where are the rules for a custom entry stored, and how do I back them up?

To get ready for a Windows re-install, I just created a custom entry with rules to backup the settings for TrackIR v5 software and JoyToKey software. So how do I backup those custom entries? I don't mean how do I run & restore the entry. I'm wondering about the rules for the custom entry itself? Thanks.

Your Custom GameSave Entries are stored in the 'custom_games.db' file, which is located in one of two locations...

• %AppData%\GameSave Manager\3x
• %LaunchDir%\settings

...where %AppData% is your 'Roaming' Application Data directory ('...\AppData\Roaming\...') and %LaunchDir% is the directory you run gs_mngr_3.exe from.
