Support for multiple Steam Libraries
I have two Steam Libraries for the same account--one on C:\ and the other on D:\. The Backup function seems to recognize games from both, but the Sync and Link function does not. Is there any way to get it to recognize the library on D:\?

Sync & Link uses the same scanning results as the Backup feature.
The exceptions are (by default) to not list any entry that isn't using the *.* wildcard for Inclusions or has anything specified for Exclusions.
With that said, you can overwrite this behaviour via the Sync & Link section of Program Settings.
Be warned: Some entries will 'sync' unwanted or even game files!
