I installed the software Game Save Manager helps me to make backups of progress in the games or can help recover lost career in F1 2015 ?

You can make a backup of your saves by clicking the 'Make a backup' option from the Main Menu.
The data can then be restored from the '.gsba' (GameSave Backup Archive) files generated by opening them within GameSave Manager.

If you do not have a previously created backup to restore data from, then I'm afraid GameSave Manager cannot help.
You may find something like Recuva, which can recover data through scanning your drive's sectors, may help you.
