I'm afraid they'll be no changelogs for a while as I haven't created such a section for the website.... yet.

Could you post what the update contained here on forums?InsaneMatt wrote: ↑20 Feb 2018, 14:07 I'm afraid they'll be no changelogs for a while as I haven't created such a section for the website.... yet.
At least until the website has a proper section.

Re: Changelog for database update 9.2018-02-17_01?
I never noted down the changes to 9.2018-02-17_01.
I could probably get a list of entries that were affected in that release, but not how they were affected (renamed, alternative entry added, new entry, etc).
I'll make an effort to get the changelog section up for the next Database Update, however.

Thanks, It makes it easier to see what custom entries becomes obsolete.InsaneMatt wrote: ↑20 Feb 2018, 14:16 I never noted down the changes to 9.2018-02-17_01.

BTW I seem to have a problem updating the database to 9.2018-02-17_01.
I getting the following error message:
Title: Write access failed!
Message: Failed to modify the database. The database appears to be flagged as readonly.

Changelogs are now in place (and a small Database Update has just been made to test this functionality).
With regards to your 'write access' issue...
With regards to your 'write access' issue...
- Navigate to the directory where you run GameSave Manager 3 from (where gs_mngr_3.exe is located)
- Within the bin folder, you'll find a file named games.db. Right-click it and select Properties
- Uncheck the Ready-only option and click OK

Thanks that fixed it, and the changelog is working nicely.InsaneMatt wrote: ↑22 Feb 2018, 15:11 Changelogs are now in place (and a small Database Update has just been made to test this functionality).
With regards to your 'write access' issue...Alternatively, delete the games.db file.

Is there a fix for "file not found" when opening up GSM? it seems to happen whenever the database scan starts to happen either for first opening up or during "apply updates"

You can try manually updating.
Download the database using this link and replace your existing games.db file (located in your 'bin' folder) with the one you just downloaded.

Sad thing is that I am having to do this every single time there is a DB update :/ seems to just always end up throwing the "file not found", doesn't matter if I'm running GSM as admin or not either.InsaneMatt wrote: ↑15 May 2018, 11:00 You can try manually updating.
