HELP on portable version doesn't work

On the portable version of gamesavemanager latest version 3.1.455 the help - gamesavemanager help brings up a 404 error page not found.

Support for the PortableApps release can be found in the thread over at PortableApps.com.
The support section of this website is currently down due to an intrusion; the website was rebuilt with only the fundamental sections functional. For now at least.
