I can't get the latest database to install. The application version is 3.1.467.0.
Currently, the database version shows "N/A". If I uninstall the application and reinstall it, the included database version displays and works properly. If I try to update the database automatically or manually on my own, it says "Downloading... (Not Responding)" for a few seconds, and then says "No updates currently available" under "Database Updates". Meanwhile, the database version still says N/A, and the backup finds now supported games.

What path are you running GameSave Manager from?
Are you running GameSave Manager with administrative rights?

Th path is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\GameSave Manager v3\gs_mngr_3.exe
I get the same result regardless of whether I right click and run as admin or not.

Navigate to your installation of GameSave Manager and open the "bin" sub-folder.
Find the file games.db and right-click it. Select Properties and make sure that Read Only is unticked.
