Sims 4

For some reason it won't back up the Sims 4 but has no issue with any other game. Does this program have issues because I save/play through Origin rather than Steam?

Try a different 'output' directory during backup (such as D:\MyBackups).
You'll also need to make sure the NTFS permissions for the directory specified allow you to read, write and modify data inside of it.
