Error: File listings don't match

Just installed the program for the first time to get my save before switching to a new PC. It only picks up 105 of my games which isnt all of them but out of those 104 of 105 give this error on the first and all subsequent try's to make a backup. Error: File listings don't match

What does that mean its its first time making a backup so what are they not matching?

The error suggests that a file wasn't correctly cached / backed up.
This is likely caused by a filepath using unicode characters (your ™ and ® symbols, for example) or a file was 'locked' when trying to copy it (i.e in use).
