Constantly getting out. There was no such error before. Now the program does not see.

Make sure GameSave Manager isn't running and delete the file "..\bin\games.db".
Now run GameSave Manager as normal. If you're running GameSave Manager from a "protected" directory (such as within the Program Files (x86) directory), you'll likely need to run GameSave Manager with administrative rights. This can be done by right-clicking the gs_mngr_3.exe executable (or a shortcut targetting it) and selecting "Run as administrator" from the context menu.
