Manual scan mode?

It would be nice to have the option to only scan for games manually and have it remember the results of the scan for next time.

This is already an option; GameSave Manager--by default--will "remember" what record(s) were discovered on your system and only search for them the next time you start GameSave Manager.
Performing a manually-started scan will clear these results so they can be repopulated in the event you start playing something new since your last completed scan.
