Sync and Link Initialization error occurred

Hi I have downloaded the application and whenever I try to back it up it always says ERROR: Initialization error occurred

does anyone had the same issue and how to solve it?

Sync & Link uses the Windows command MKLINK, which requires administrative rights.
Are you running GameSave Manager with full administrative rights?
