French Language Update for version 3.1.455.0

Hi,

I have discovered this soft yesterday, but some texts arent translated.
So i had update all files for french language.

As you're probably aware, I'm only making new releases of GameSave Manager v3.x upon critical issues occuring. As such, a release to include your updated translation will not be included.

Having said this, I will add it to the existing release for all future downloads to include.
