Reasons being:
1. GameSave Manager already support Ultimate General: Gettysburg, its predecessor.
2. Ultimate General: Civil War is the sequel with the most userbase.
3. The way the devs store save files are a bit of a hassle so it's hard to move them around.
Path of Save games: C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\LocalLow\Game Labs\Ultimate General Civil War\Save
In there will be three folders - CampaignBattle, HistoricalBattle, and OwnBattle (also known as Custom Battle). Inside each will the save files named with a seemingly random order of numbers and letters.
